About Altheum
Altheum is a telehealth clinic for English-speaking travelers, expats, and remote workers in Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Brazil.
We exist because being sick in another country is bad enough without also fighting the local healthcare system in a language you don't speak. Our doctors are licensed where you are, speak fluent English, and treat what a GP would treat: sinus infections, UTIs, skin reactions, prescription refills, travel medicine, common pediatric issues. We charge a flat fee — €20 for prescription renewals, €25 for everything else. There is no insurance to file.
